Requesting a review
Use the refund review form on a paid order. Include the issue and do not paste a full activation key. A request does not confirm that a refund has been issued.
Eligibility
Wrong-region purchases, activation problems, duplicates, undelivered products, and redeemed keys require individual review against license terms and applicable law. Statutory consumer rights take precedence.
Processing
Approved refunds must be sent through the original payment provider and reconciled before an order is marked refunded. Sold or revealed keys must not be returned to available inventory.
